On May 28, 2026, we visited SDN 1 Bongkasa in Badung for an environmental education session, joined by 15 volunteers and 55 students.

Why Sorting Comes First
We focused on how waste becomes a genuine threat to daily life when it is not separated by type. Framed that way, sorting stops being a chore imposed by adults and starts being something with an obvious reason behind it.
From Understanding to Doing
The aim of the session was practical: that the children leave able to look at a piece of waste and place it in the right category without hesitating. That is the whole foundation, and everything else builds on it.
